Delivery, Insurance and Refund Policy
At www.winezy.com.au
we are committed to providing you with the very best in storage and
delivery to ensure your wine is delivered safely to you.
We use a reputable courier to deliver your wine to
anywhere in Australia, someone we can be certain will take care to make
sure it arrives safely and as soon as possible.
In the extremely unlikely event that your wine is
broken during transit we will (subject to availability) organise to have
the wine replaced or refund your money. There are only caveats to that.
- First, if we do not have the wine we will
refund your money or offer you an alternative as replacement. if the
wine is lost or broken during delivery we will claim from our
insurance and, if the claim is accepted, refund your money.
- Second, we source our back vintages from
private collectors. The wines have been stored in controlled cellars
giving them the best possible conditions to mature and remain
drinkable. Nevertheless, as with all suppliers of back vintages, the
wine cannot be replaced. Unfortunately, that means that the wine is
offered on the basis that the buyer takes the risk of the possibility
that the wine is corked.
